BoTik is a service that connects to TikTok Live streams and converts chat messages to speech using AI-powered text-to-speech technology. BoTik also provides features including voice cloning, AI avatars, sticker generation, music control, live translation, and gift sound effects.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of BoTik IP is strictly prohibited.

6. Data Processing License

By using BoTik, you grant BoTik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to collect, store, process, and use your content and data (including TikTok chat messages, voice recordings, and account information) solely to provide and improve the service. This license is limited to what is necessary to operate the service and does not grant BoTik the right to sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of BoTik
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the service without prior written consent
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing access to the service
• Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with security features or access controls
• Using the service to train, fine-tune, or build competing AI or machine-learning models

8. Limitation of Liability

BoTik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
