Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 7-day Premium trial is completely free and requires no credit card, no PayPal account, and no payment details. You just create your BoTik account and every Premium feature unlocks instantly.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Nothing is charged — you are simply moved back to the Free plan and keep using BoTik with the free device and Neural voices. We will email you before the trial ends so it is never a surprise, and you can upgrade to Premium whenever you are ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through PayPal, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance.
Do I need my own ElevenLabs API key?
Voice cloning and ElevenLabs AI voices run on your own ElevenLabs account, so they need Premium plus your own ElevenLabs API key (Starter plan or above — free ElevenLabs accounts can create a key but cannot clone voices). Your ElevenLabs plan decides how many cloned voices you can keep. BoTik's free device and Neural voices never need a key.
